This is my first time posting on the forum but I need help. I just got the Z10 STL100-3 coming from an iPhone 5, very glad to be back with blackberry, but I've been trying to update the software using multiple links. I have a mac and my carrier is AT&T I have tried using Sachesi and blackberry link but I've had no luck. Any suggestions to help me update my os?

How far have you gotten with Sachesi? That should be fairly straightforward.

I tried using several country and carrier codes, but some come up with 10.1 update or none at all. I'm in the U.S and I've tried multiple AT&T carrier codes.

Try Rogers in Canada, I think they released it. 302 and 720.

Will the update work even if it's not the same carrier as my phone?

Yes it will. I'm on att and used this method to update my os the day it launched. It's very easy.
