I am wondering every time you installed some apps and then uninstall it. Does the apps really completely remove from device?
Why I ask this. I installed UC browser from BlackBerry world (not sideload). And I uninstall it. When I click the any web link, it will pop up a Window and ask me to choose which browser. If I choose UC browser it really bring me to up to it. That means it is not yet completely remove. I try both uninstall UC browser from home screen or uninstall from BlackBerry world. It is still exists in my device. Dies anyone know how to completely remove it? Thanks.
Help! I see browser cannot completely remove-img_00000047.png

Did you try restarting the phone with the power switch?

Not sure if it makes a difference but when uninstalling from BlackBerry World, are you choosing "uninstall" or "delete"? "Uninstall" leaves it in your App World for easy installation later while "delete" completely deletes it from your BBID. Try selecting "delete" next time. Also, as much as I hate it, try doing a reboot or battery pull after deleting it to see if that helps

Yes, I try to restart the phone from power switch. It is still there. Any other solution except wipe the device? I don't like some unwanted apps stored in my device. Thanks.

Have you contacted the app developer directly?

Yes, I am waiting for his reply. I hope he can help me. But my final solution will try to backup my data and then do wipe device.

By the way, no matter developer can fix it or not. I found that OS10 really has security problem for unrooted device. OZ10 should not allow developer make apps like this. I accept the data left behind on SDCARD which I can delete it manually. But it is ridiculous as an OS manage apps in this way.
