    For the last two days every time I try and text a friend a picture or video it won't go through and I get a General Problems message under the failed text. I have updated my software to the latest version, and have restarted the phone. Any Ideas

    latest official or leak?

    make sure your MMS settings are correct if you have that ability.

    Also if your running a leaked OS, have you done a security wipe?

    Latest official, if I do a security wipe will I lose all of my pictures and contacts, etc. Using 10.1.0.4181 with Telus
