    Good afternoon,

    I'm in need of some assistance please. I encrypted files on my Z10's media card and then changed from OS 10.2 to 10.3 and I'm now not able to view the content on my media card. Can anyone stir me in the right direction so that I can have access to my card..thanks.

    If you used an autoloader then encryption key was deleted and all the data in your SD card is irrecoverable

    Has anyone ever tried reverting back to 10.2 and restoring a Link backup? I wonder if the encryption key is stored as part of the backup,.. you would hope that it would be.
