I left my Z10 alone for a bit, and it went to the lock screen. Swiped up from the bottom as usual, "Enter Device Password" comes up, BUT when I click in the area, my keyboard doesn't come up! Tried re-booting the phone a few times, and still nothing

Has anyone had this happen before? Is there a solution? Do I need to wipe my phone?

I'm on a 10.3.1 leak, I don't recall which one exactly, but I last upgraded over a month ago with no issues until today.

    Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Nevermind, looks like 3rd time was the charm. Rebooted again and all is back to normal.

Had this happen yesterday for the first time. I'm running stock OS. One reboot solved it. But... odd.

Yes odd... Probably not a widespread bug if we are the only two posting about it! but still makes me wonder...

Unfortunately this continues to happen to me and I can't figure out why

It's an intermittent problem, but every once in a while I can't unlock the phone because I can't access the on-screen keyboard. Rebooting the phone once or twice (or 3 times) resolves the problem.

    Quite annoying though!

I had this once too, and swiping with two fingers up from the BlackBerry logo showed the keyboard for me on that occasion. I guess you've tried that, though?

The two finger swipe-up to toggle keyboard doesn't work for me anymore. It hasn't worked since I upgraded from 10.3.0 to 10.3.1.

I've upgraded from 10.2.1 - 10.2.2 - 10.3.0 - 10.3.1 (non-destructive) without any problem. If you do experience problems, it might be that you need to use a fresh start / autoloader... Or does this behavior occur even though you did?

I've upgraded non-destructively each time without any problems. This new problem appeared about a month after I last upgraded. Everything was working perfectly up until that point. The only thing I remember doing from the time it worked perfectly to the time this started happening was install the android game "Draw Something", which incidentally never worked properly on my Z10 so I deleted it, but the problem continues intermittently.

I thought it might have something to do with the date since this happened on January 1, but that could just be coincidence, and I imagine the problem would be more widespread if that were the case.
