Have Z10 and since update was uploaded to 10.2 my work email account which is IMAP set up won't connect despite account settings being correct. Any ideas?

Welcome to CrackBerry! When was this update done? Remove the offending account, and do a power cycle by pressing and holding on the volume keys together until the phone reboots, and the blue BB logo shows?

Wait for a good 5 minutes then re add the account

Thanks for that but no joy and now says cannot add the account and some features will not be working, and of course my work email not showing up at all. Any ideas this is a really serious issue for me.

Contact your work administrator, I had the same problem you need to go to you email account and enter your email password it will take up to an hour to get your email and your contacts back,let me know if you don't find it I will walk you through it.
