When I go into the settings menu of the phone and select call forwarding. There are four options: Forward all calls, forward if busy, forward if not reachable, and forward if no reply. Then when I select one of the options, I select the number that I want my calls forwarded to, then it just goes back to the previous number that it has by default. Does anyone know a work around for this. I am using the T-Mobile z10

Tap phone, calls, swipe from top down, settings.

Try disabling your network and then reenabling it. Every time you make a change, it checks to see if the network you're attached to supports that option. Sometimes it messes up, especially if you're in a low coverage area.

Verizon uses *72 for forwarding.
