Did you let your battery run completely dead? If so just leave it on the charger for a while

Do you have a battery combo pack to see if you can charge the battery first?

You can charge the battery by itself with it. But I'm not sure what is wrong with your device since I can't really check it out myself in person.

If you only had it for a month I'd get it exchanged for a working Z10 if it's really dead. Did you backup the device to link ?

I'd take it back to the vendor. Sounds like you might have a motherboard issue. I've had 2 Z10's blow up within 2 months of one another.

    That's some terrible luck.

Yeah. It sucked. Sorry the Z10 didn't work out in my work environment. Got a phone of another manufacturer that has been working wonderfully for me. Still miss the Hub though. But hey, life goes on.

Z30 and Q10 are well built though. They are the premium builds for BB10. If Jakarta/Z5 is a success I wonder if it could spread elsewhere and not just the targeted markets.

Anyone of your friends or neighbours owning a Z10? So you can put his full charged battery in? may be the battery is dead and not the phone itself... Good luck!

Have you tried a different USB cable ? Sometimes USB cables get damaged

You can also try charging with a different cable via your pc
