    I had it set up before, then for whatever reason it disappeared, it's a www.mail.com account and I need server addresses and I don't know what to type here!? Anyone help?

    With my school email is use to have to go through this mess, and I always set the account up for people with iPhone and Androids using the manual set up, I tried with the Z10 then tried the auto set up for other email account and put in my email address and password and the phone was smart enough to do the rest for me. Give it a shot.

    Plug in your email info and it helps determine what setting & ports to use. This is official BlackBerry.
