    I had old version of BlackBerry link in my Windows PC so I did uninstall the software, download the latest one(1.1.0.xx) but that is not working, the software is just not installing and my phone is not recognizing in PC not even for phone storage, what do I do?? When I connect the phone, phone charges but the pop up for installing drivers is not showing
    I need to Backup my phone as soon as possible

    When you say "the software is just not installing", what do you mean? Do you get an error message?

    I am having the same issue...any help??? Link just doesn't recognize the z10 at all
