I need help ASAP!
I was uploading a content to my channel and it got stuck by uploading!
Meaning this is eating up my shared data usage but very fast!
I tried deleting but no luck tried retry no luck either tried reboot, battery pull and even putting it on Airplane mode for 10 minutes but still no luck and still says uploading while I tried uploading something else which posted right away but this is stuck!!!
I need help ASAP to get this uploading stopped!!!!!!!!

What do you want me to tell you... bbm channels is in its beta stage... meaning it isn't meant to work flawlessly... if there's a problem you report to blackberry so that they can fix it...

You mean to past the code what BlackBerry sent to you?

Yes loaded it got the box to paste. And then said invalid code check for spaces.. can't take spaces out messes up whole thing (hard to edit what was sent) either way pasted and invalid multiple tries

BBM channels becomes part of your BBM profile so it stays part of BBM even you reinstall the OS.

You will need to restarted your PC once it's open the first thing open thus and paste the code in!

Well downloaded channel on pc with z10 plugged in I executed the program says loading when box pops up to paste code. With my email I copied the code front and back no more no less.. just the code,paste it to that box and right away I get invalid after enter. It also says make sure no spaces, there are spaces or lines not even. When I look at email on z10 the code is a nice even code like a box. In email from looking on pc its one long sentence. I tried to mess around few times cleaning the paste but difficult lines always moving left and right in box
So invalid

Ok first I thought that your problem is that you can't paste it for that is the reboot PC the solution but for this one try downloading it again and use the new code what they send you

Did you get this fixed? I'm having the same problem in 10.2.1 now 27.02.14
