    Battery drained really quickly yesterday morning. Went from 100% to below 10% on less than 3 hours. Charged it up 2x during after that happened and it seemed good to go. Put on the charger overnight, woke up this morning and battery is only at 3%. What is going on?

    Screenshot of device monitor will help in finding whats draining battery.

    Trying to post a picture is here and it's not letting me do that. But seems like system usage was 33% during last 12 hours.

    Likely to be something going rampant on the brackground. swipe down from the top on home screem > Device Monitor.

    Check what's eating the Battery, CPU and memory. Kill them.

    Reboot (I mean hold the top buttom till you see a red LED and the BlackBerry logo - ignore shut down/reboot prompts).

    Double check Device Monitor.

    It could ALSO be that you have very bad signal where you are. If that's the case, change from 4G to 3G or 3G to 2G.
