I have my work account setup to access through the outlook web URL, because I'm using BIS no BES service on my BB Bold OS7

I've tried to add my work email address to my BB10 using Exchange activesync but i'm displayed with errors!

server unavailable

Sever is online !!!

i've check on my BB Bold to make sure all my login details were correct including URL for my web-based login

i even deleted the mailbox from Bold and re-added the address which was successful

is this method no longer supported on BB10

Please advise!!!!

If you were using BIS server on your old BB, then it should work normally. If it was BES, then your company would need BES 10 to make it work.

Anyways, I would ask your admin how to add the email in an Android/iOS device. The fields should be similar enough. If you're sure that it's Activesync, just go in Activesync, and ask your admin for all the fields that the phone is asking you for.
