    Hello,
    am using BlackBerry
    z10 stl100-3 (India)
    Since the update to or 10.3.1 through BlackBerry Link. I have been facing the problem of data being wiped after a device restart.

    The BlackBerry repair tool has not helped, want to downgrade back to 10.2.1

    current os 10.3.1.

    my backup before the update was made on os 10.2.1.3442.

    plz help

    download the os to your PC, unzip the OS, cable your phone to your PC and click the exe.
