I'm on OS 10.3.0.1052, any headphones/earbuds I use the left ear is really really quiet and I hear nothing in my right ear, is this a hardware problem? Or would reloading my OS maybe fix it?

I assume it DID work before. SO maybe its your OS? Have you installed any apps lately?
    Have you tried different earbuds?

Download Blackberry Virtual Expert (it may be included in newer versions of the OS). It contains a series of tests.

Yes, it definitely worked before, I tried 3 different earbuds and all the same result, I'll try reloading, thanks!

The actual jack on the phone could be toast. I have countless devices this has happened to. It's a fairly easy fix, most small cell shops can do it. I recommend maybe getting a pair of bluetooth headphones in the meantime, not necessarily cheap but you'll be free from wires and broken jacks for good!

Check for pocket lint in the jack using a flashlight.
