Going to pre-order my Z10 later today from Telus. Thank God they're getting them at the same time as the other Canadian carriers, I was a little worried that they'd drag their legs before the launch.

I reserved one with Rogers also in black. They just offered to switch me to white but I think I'll stick with black. It would be funny to say "Nah, this is a WhiteBerry" touch haha

I haven't been able to register an account on Telus' website for some reason, so I'm going to try pre-ordering at my local Telus store instead.

I also pre-ordered mine from Bell today and had the EXACT same experience, the reps had clearly had no training at all on BB10 so far. But I successfully pre-ordered mine, first one at the store I was at (The Eaton Centre in Toronto) to arrive next week! VERY EXCITED.

(I also ordered Black, but they did say they would have both black and white options available as of February 5th.)

The plus side is that the no contract price is only $649, when a lot of eBay sellers are charging nearly $1,000 or more for the Z10.

However I noticed something interesting, I wonder why Bell charges $8.00 a month for Call Display or what we call in the US- "Caller ID". bell bb.jpg
I thought Call Display (Caller ID) was already built into most modern devices. Is this normal? I'm not from Canada and I don't currently have Bell, that 's why I'm asking...

In Canada everything is a chargeable add-on. we pay out the A$$ for services and get ripped off doing it but they got us by the jewels cause we have no alternatives.

Yup, ordered through the Telus website a few minutes after the webcast ended. It says they'll start shipping on the 4th.

Would love to get my hands on the "special" Z10 package that comes with a few extra goodies!
The special package comes with a bluetooth device, extra battery pack/charger combo and a case.
I would buy this special package in a heart beat, if it was available to the public.

I pre-ordered a black Z10 through Telus. Wanted a white one but figured it would be off white or brownish eventually and the white also ships a week after the black ones do from Telus so that made the decision easy for me.

I was there today, at first they didn't know - and said to try online. I let them know that the website pointed me in store. They checked and said that the pre-order system was ready but they had no price, and to come back tomorrow.

Went into Bell tonight and pre-ordered Z10. $100.00 on 3 year contract , as I was due for an upgrade . Sweet deal. Offer ends Feb 2 (in store only) for those that are due for upgrade. Otherwise $150.00 on 3 year .,

Ordered mine online through Telus. Now just have to decide what type of case to get for it. Do I stick with my traditional Otterbox or try something new? Hopefully there are some reviews on cases soon.
