    Im trying to get back the information i pit in my remeber app,bc all the folders i made have vanished. Grrrr.someone suggest i try to do a hard reset. Do I lose any thing (information, contacts,) I have by doing a hard reset?.thx

    Nope, just a wipe will do that to you. A hard reset will be OK.

    I concur, holding down the two volume keys will perform a hard reset. Holding the power button down will only give you a soft reset.
