When I checked for OS Updates I got a screen saying an update was available (1st pic).



I clicked on Update and was taken to a 2nd screen with no further prompts and nothing happened (2nd pic).



I clicked on Back, checked for Update and was told I have the latest software, still 10.0.9.422 (3rd pic)



I went to the the listed verizonwireless.com/blackberryz10support site and sure enough a page about the update but it is for 10.0.9.422.

I also connected my phone to my pc & checked in blackberry link but didn't find any update notification.

Oh well .... I know others have reported similar experiences - just thought it was for real this time!

Maybe they accidentally pushed the update message sooner than making the update live?
