Are you connected to WiFi or a Carrier Network?

I am not in a wifi enabled region, I only use my carrier network to surf the net

It may be your cell service is just not recognized. You can try this...

@srannel I did exactly what your thread directed, I turn the wiFi and carrier network on, on my android assistant yet it still displays the screen above.... pls any other solution???
