I have some questions:
I used for few days last week the Z30 and I really loved the device. I took amazing pictures, it is fast, beautiful display and the sound is amazing.
But in the UK Blackberry has a great offer on the Z10 sim free.
Is it a good idea to buy the Z10 now. Will it be running the new 10.3? Is it smooth with Android app or does it lag more than the Z30?
It looks like the camera perform better on the Z30. any advice?

IMO i wouldnt get a z10 now. it will not get 10.3.1 for a couple months still officially. The hardware is going on 2 years old also. The z30 is a better choice in almost every respect except it costs more and its a larger device.

I believe the z10 right now is the BEST value for dollar in the smartphone market--bar none! It is still relevant and will be for at least 2 more years. At 1/3 the cost of a z30, I respectfully disagree with Howarmat on this one. The camera by the way, is in NO way inferior to the z30 IMHO. It runs 10.3 beautifully by the way and since this is a new O.S. it will be supported for the foreseeable future. Buy it, save some $$$ and enjoy!!

Thanks for the replies. Has anyone purchased a Blackberry on the Blackberry UK store? I asked them how long does it take to be delivered and the reply was: We don't know. I don't really want to wait 1 month for the delivery. At the moment the Z10 is at �135 which is good!

Never purchased on BlackBerry UK store, but I've heard in other threads of product being received within a week of ordering.

While the z10 is going on 2 years old, I wouldn't hesitate to purchase if the price was right. It will get the 10.3.1 update, and the device itself is pretty solid. Compared to the latest BB10 devices, it is a little slower, but not enough to affect the overall experience. The only negative I have after two years of Z10 ownership is battery life. Do yourself a favor and pick up a battery and charger package. You'll be glad you did.

For that price it is a steal. I have had a Z10 in the UK for 12 months and am very happy with it. Would definitely recommend the spare battery in charging dock from Blackberry for about �20 as battery life is not great.
