    Hi all. I sent my Z10 in for repairs to the microphone. No one could hear me well when I called them.

    Has anyone sent their Z10 for repairs for this through Telus? If so, can I ask how long it took?

    Hi Punbb,

    Telus sends their blackberry's to flextroncis for repair. Average turn around time is usually about 2 weeks, but YMMV

    That sucks man! You should've asked for a new one. (I take it you had warranty?) I got a replacement phone and got it the very next day! \m/

    Yeah it's on warranty. I don't mind waiting. The worst part though is having this stupid iPhone as a loaner. I hate it.
