Hi all, I installed tunein on my Z10 from blackberry world, it shows as installed but I can't find it in my lost of apps, meaning I don't see the icon so I am unable to use it or un install it.

Anyone know of this issue can len a hand in resolving?

Haven't had this but I did have two Tunein icons following an update. Had to delete them both and reinstall to correct the problem.

If you can't find the icon you can always go into MyWorld in BBWorld on your phone and delete/reinstall that way.

Actually, you can't. I tried uninstalling it and the uninstall fails

On BlackBerry World swipe down from the top, select settings and tap the grey version number on the bottom, A couple of times, just to be sure. Now, close BlackBerry World and soft reset your phone.

That should do the trick.

Here is the solution; log into blackberry world through a PC browser, then search for 'Tune in radio, start the download, your device BB WORLD will automatically open, and download will start.

I did the one Frankiam mentioned. Worked, it cleared Tunein from my BlackBerry World and I reinstalled
