    We have 2 Z10's at home both running 10.2.1. My wife's white z10 is having issues sending and receiving pics via text messaging. This is new problem as she was able too before and says she did not change any settings. On my z10 I have no issues. Also whenever she tries to send or open a pic it just says general problems in red. Anyone one know what causes this and how to fix it? Thanks everyone!

    I'd check the APN settings for your carrier.

    Search for that error, apn and your carrier, I'm sure you will find the answer in the results.

    Of course you can also compare your apn settings to hers.
