    hi, as the title says, im having a problem that has been there since os 10.2.1 on my z10..sometimes when i send USSD codes i get "General Error" reply and the only remedy being to restart the phone. it happens mostly when im loading airtime (credit) on my phone or buying prepaid data bundles, sometimes it happens when i want to check my balances. any tips?

    Have you tried updating to the latest software version 10.3.1?
