There is an announcement that galaxy s4 is coming at the end of April and there is a form in plaisio.gr (eshop) that proves it.Z10 was expected in 15 of March(they did not mention the year).The next announcement was for 15 of April. The last one is for the end of April or the first days of May(they still don't mention the year). Please help!!!! Anyone ??????

Unfortunately it is entirely up to the carriers regarding the launch, as obviously the devices are available in other nations. The S4 will be a bigger seller, so the carriers stand to make more money from the S4 (in theory, obviously there are a TON of factors involved in that). You can always purchase an unlocked device to use on your home network from other countries in the area where the frequencies are the same.
