Though a good question was asked, who actually does the repairs? I could be wrong but I don't think there's a carrier that actually deals with repairs. I'd like to know who's dealing with the repairs

In Canada BlackBerry devices are repairs by a third party service provider.

It was much better when they offered an advanced exchanged warranty service.

Unlikely, that would be like throwing stones from a glass house. Apple plants typically fixate on intangible, 'overall user experience not what I expected', etc.

That's my first thought. I think his Z10 is just a dud. Happens with everything that is mass produced. A few of them turn out to be faulty.

He should exchange the device for a new one.

he posted in Jan about having problems on 424 so the problems have been from the start. why has he not taken it back to the carrier store for replacement in the first place unless he bought it second hand. what is the return policy in New Zealand.
