How do I forward full contact info as a business card from outlook to my z10? I want to be able to have notes, birthday, anniversary, department, etc.. viewable on my z10 when I open the business card attachment or save the contact card to my z10.

Currently only the phone numbers and emails are tranfered and then I have to manually type in the notes, birthday, anniversary, department, etc.

If you are using Outlook, tap the contact, at the top of the screen you should get the option to send as full contact. That solves the first issue. As for birthdays and other dates; pit them in the calendar and sync your phone with outlook after you have set it up to sync your calendar entries. Just as you can email contacts, keep in mind that you can always add yourself using the email address to your phone, as an invitee for calendar items.
