    My z10 totally locked up on me. I had 3 apps opened at the time. For the first time, the hard reset did not work. I end up pulling the battery.
    I have my z10 for 4 months now and had to do a hard reset 5 - 6 times with no issues. But this time it did not work.
    What if I had a z30 and can't pull the battery.
    Never have this issue on my 2 years old playbook.

    What kind of reset did you try to do? Just the power button on the top? Or the volume +/- reset? Also are you running leaked/beta OS? That can also cause issues with some apps.

    Just the power button. I didn't know I could do a volume button reset like on the playbook.
    I'm running the official OS.
