I had /have this problem after the 3175 update. Reloaded the camera bar and have had no issues since. Until tonight. Going to do it again and see if it fixes it again. Idk what the deal is but if it continues I'll wipe and return to carrier official OS. OP, try the camera bar from your OS and see if it helps.

Just a fact...

If the battery is low, the flash won't work. I doubt this is the case, but since no one has mention it...

Had the same issue, flash wouldn't turn on, nor flashlight and failed the Virtual Expert Test. Ran application manager and stopped both Snap10 and Instagrann. Flash works again, flashlight works again, passes the test as well...
