    Just found this thread. I'm hoping you or anyone here can help. Note: I'm non techie so please go easy... Upgraded my Q10 last week to 10.3. Unfortunately, I didnt backup prior to upgrade... I know, I know... I've called myself worse believe me! Now my phone has 4+ of battery life. I thought it would improve after a few days but its the same. I tried backing up on BB Link but nothing is happening. BB link says "backup in progress. Don't disconnect your device" then after a long while its says "backup complete" but my Q10 says "0% complete". My BB link is the latest version. I've tried re-installing link, turning off my Q10 but getting the same result. Is there another way for me to backup my phone other than Link? I can maybe back it up some other way, wipe and reload my phone and then reinstall data from "other" soure. Help!!

    Awesome....backed up....phone reset still working at hour 9 so far, been on 94% done for over an hour. Hoping this all works out!

    UPDATE...its now hour 30 and still at 98%....WTH
