    Curious.

    Are there any ways to make "Profiles" for different phone setups like on previous BB's, or am I stuck making changes using the standard notifications every night and day?

    I am a volunteer Fire Fighter and my phone needs to be on 24/7, and previously on my 9860, I could set up a profile to only allow text messages through in the middle of the night.

    All other notifications would remain silent. Any chance I missed something on my Z 10 and there is this option, or am I stuck constantly changing my BlackBerry notification status?

    There may be 3rd party apps that can help in that regard. OnLocation, Profile Changer Pro, Watcher (on the CB front page today)

    I think bedside mode settings covers this. Go to the clock app and swipe down from the top and click on clock settings.

    I'm hoping they restore this feature as I am missing it and third party apps do not cut it

    Tried the Alarm Clock option, Bluline. No dice. We are activated by text message not phone calls.

    But why don't you customize the vibrate profile for example so that it doesn't vibrate but only makes a sound for sms, and then only switch between normal and vibrate?

    It's a stop gap solution.
    The bottom line is we need our profiles back though
