Since updating my Verizon Z10 to OS 10.2.1, I still receive Facebook notifications, but they won't open in the Hub. When I click them, the screen dims a little, as though they're about to open, but never do. I have to open them in the app itself. Any suggestions? I've rebooted by pressing the volume up and down buttons several times, to no avail. Thanks for any and all help!

Delete the app, and re-add your Facebook account after reinstalling the app. Fixed it for me.

I have the same problem. It only happens after I open 1mobile and download something. If I restart my phone it stops until I open it again.

That may have been my issue, too. But, messages still refused to open after the reboot. Maybe I'll just delete 1mobile and go with Amazon or Snap from now on.

In any case, I deleted, reinstalled and added my account. Upon rebooting, all seems to be working.

The first time it happened it looked like it fixed itself after I rebooted the phone, but shortly after it happened again........

Really annoying!!

Looks like a lot of people are having issues with Facebook notifications opening up in The Hub as well.

I have the same issue, I deleted and reinstalled and it worked for a while but now the issue is back...
