    He might mean that when you're in the hub (and only Blackberry hub) you can see all your emails and phone calls but FB updates and sms messages are only visible when you go back to the main list. This is new since the update.

    You need to turn on Enable Notifications and Sync Messages in Settings > Accounts > Facebook.

    I also had the same issue just deleted the fb Nd reinstalled it after that done a reboot this resolved the issue.
