Facebook News feed

Is it possible and if so can someone walk me threw how to change my news feeds to list from the newest down instead of the default way?

There was a post on crackberry or, maybe on blackberry >z10 support. Cant remember. On phone browser, type touch .facebook.com. Should get a mobile looking type face book page. Hit "Sort" and select: Most Recent, or Top Stories. Depending on what you want.

Are you able to go to touch.Facebook.com? Because I can't. Every time I try over the last few days I get: error on line 9 at column 29: area content at the end of the document.

I just tried on my second Z10 I get the same thing. So its not an isolated thing.

Does everyone get this? Is there a fix for it?

As far as I know you have to change the option on the desktop site. If you already have most recent on there , change it to top stories then back again. This worked for me.

I get the error at the top of the page too, but I am still able to hit the "sort" button, and then a pop up or drop down box appears, and then select which option you want.

Are you saying that you can actually use the touch site? I can't. This is all I get:

Thanks for the info. I just tried the touch.facebook.com way and it worked from me. Seems to have switched from top stories to most recent.

I was getting the same thing - I turned desktop mode on and the error went away.

Unfortunately this was a short term fix as it has now reverted and doesn't change mom matter what I do with touch.facebook

Log into Facebook in the browser on the z10 and change sort order there then use the app. Make sure the app isn't running while you make the change. Www.facebook.com works, you don't need mobile website.

I was able to load up touch(dot)facebook(dot)com change the sorting to be most recent and boom opened the facebook app and now displaying most recents first

Unfortunately this has been my experience too tdden. I have even had my phone powered down and made the change on FB through my desktop and after a couple sign-in's it always reverts back. I've messaged FB about this (not saving the setting change when made through the website), although, djenkins6's post below is making me wonder if there's an issue with the app that causes FB to revert back.
