    My Z10 heats up, reaches 43 degrees and losses charge even when it's plugged in when I start playing 'where's My Water ' anyone else experiencing this?

    Hi and welcome to CB.
    I think you mean 43C and if that's the case that is close to 110 degrees!!!! My phone routinely gets to 39C and battery drains when I am just texting. I believe playing a 3D game will do it though. So that;s not too unusual for you.

    Lol thanks, I'm not new here though :P

    Yes I mean 43C and yes battery drain is normal but not when the phone is plugged in and charging

    make sure you are using a charger with suffiecient current output. when you are running a game or any app thats power intensive the current draw goes high and you will need more just to power the device and charge the battery at the same time.

    charger output should be at least 850mA

    But the charger that came with the Z10 says 750 mA.
