    Running 10.3.2.556 on my Z10. Activesync stopped working today. All other accounts work (imap email, other data, phone, txt). When I cycle the radio I get an update from my activesync account and then it stops again. If I compose an email it will not send unless I cycle the radio again.

    Has anyone else seen this? No one else at the company has this problem (everyone else is iOS or Android) and all devices are managed by BES 12.2.

    Same for me, it worked again through a restart of the device (press 3 secs the power button on top and select restart)

    Mine's working fine still, but I have a direct EAS account to my work email without BES.

    You could try removing the account and re-adding it. That has helped in the past with such issues. I just don't know if you have to get your BES admin to do it for you or not. Depends on how much control they let you have.

    Thanks for the replies. I have removed the account from the device and then added it back in. Same problem. Restarts do not seem to help.

    I'm also one of the BES admins.
