Installed this 5 minutes ago, just tried the simple lock and it's good but it would've been better if you don't have to tap the ok button!Haven't tried anything else yet but I'll review other stuff soon
P.S: booting up will take a lot of time, don't do a battery pull!

Updated too. Not a big fan of the White Calendar background though. I wish they left an option to change BK color.
Question: When i updated, the first restart showed the usual blackberry boot screen with "Blackberry 10". But now when i restart the phone or turn off/on, i only see the old black boot screen with "Blackberry" on.
Anyone noticed that?

Then that would make it like an iPhone. I prefer it this way since I use a 5 digit password. Just a little more secure, yet still easy entry. Furthermore, no one knows how many digits are in your password also.

Yes, you are right "10" is gone but not an issue, most of us seldom restart the phone & didn't even bother to look what's in the boot up screen. I just hope this update won't mess up my Android ported apps.

HELP!! My first time posting on Forum. My z10 is having MAJOR problems and malfunctions since I attempting to install the new upgrade OS 10.1.0.4181. Most of the time it just remains shut-off. I have been taking out and putting back the battery all morning. I have tried to connect it to Blackberry link to restore it to original setting. NOTHING WORKED!!!!! My phone is dead, lying there, I can even turn it off, and I'm afraid to taking out the battery too many times to make it worse. What do I do now????? when it is turned on(very rarely and shut off by itself very soon), the screen, HUB and apps are not responsive to my touch. It's like the entire phone's software's screwed up badly!!! Anyone can help me??? I need help urgently.

no, blackberry blocked all of services for iranians. it is not possible to get update in iran.

fortunately, after removing mobile sanctions, Apple opened all of services but Blackberry still does not . I hope,BB open them in future.

Hi Lori, is your phone totally dead? Or is it working at all? Try connecting to the link and try reloading device software if nothing works. More details would help in troubleshooting. Plus try posting a new topic asking for help. Am sure u ll get more people to help.
