Hello,

I am loving my Z10. I am experiencing a strange error when it comes to the phone icon.

When I press the phone icon to make a call, the list of my favourites on the top with the most recent calls underneath show up. At the very bottom is 3 icons.....Calls, Contacts, and Dial Pad.

When I try to press the Contacts or Dial Pad icon they do not show up. It shows that they are selected but it still shows the main default Calls section. Therefore, from the main phone app I cannot use the Dial Pad to call out or use the contacts tab. If I have to call a contact I am now resorted to going into the contacts app, selecting the contact from there and calling them out of that app.

This issue just started happening yesterday. Up until that it was working fine.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

Curious: when you have this problem does your Wifi/4G connection also drop? I have the same error when I try to call out when this happens. Wondering if this is a network issue or the blackberry itself

I have never experienced wifi connection problems with my z10. I am also running on H+. I get better reception and better battery life with that than 4G.
