No idea what a "cut sim card" means but both of my phones are from at&t and both have brand new sims and one of my phones reboots pretty frequently.

Be interesting to see what would happen if you swapped the sim cards. Or have you done so with no change?

But the majority of people complaining are Verizon users.... unless Verizon is using cut SIM cards, which seems unlikely. Maybe there are multiple causes. Verizon Bloatware and cut SIMs?

I wonder who makes the different carrier's SIM cards? Perhaps it might be manufacturer related. Sorry I'm thinking out loud....

Sorry all people, I am wrong. Z10 has the right itself on random restart. My Z10 is good performance. My wife's Z10 in this issue. Testing with my micro SIM card on my wife's Z10 still reboot 2 times in my hand. STL-02, regional UK, EU and Singapore.

So, after having 40 reboots, i found something.
Everytime my phone rebootet, or freezed i pulled the battery.
And when i did that, i found out that my sd catd slot was extremely hot at that moment.
This was the case with every reboot...
