    My BlackBerry z10 was giving error something like error10-20 with a yellow triangle I read on Web it is due to defective battery.i use two batteries one came with phone other I bought.storage on phone & card are more then 70-80% used.i just removed sd card from phone and it is running fine with same battery.what should I do now,format card or phone or what?

    Do hard reset by holding both volume button and until BlackBerry Logo appear, and than release your fingers. Ignore the shot screen.
