I have had my Z10 since it's release... ever since I have been experiencing random restarts. Ever since it updated to OS 10.0.1.273 it restarts even more frequently. Last night I was on an important phone call with a potential client and it restarted in the middle of the call! Let's just say the client chose to go else where, and I am getting ever so slightly pissed off more and more each time. Over all it is a great device, with a growing app market and sleek looks, it's only down falls are these stupid restarts because it takes so long to reload the OS. Looks like it might time to turn in the 2nd black berry yet again.

Hey, if you are using AT&T, the date is set for 10.1 (Fixes those random reboots). Hold out for 7/1 and your reboots will be no more

Or load a leak. Anything past 10.1.0.2500 fixes the reboot issue this was posted on the main page a few days ago!

Yeah, 10.1 fixes issues. If it's such a large issue (as it seems to be).

Just load a leak and you're rocking.

Now, I agree that this shouldn't have had happen to begin with, however, the solution takes 5 mins. It's less hassle than returning your phone.

Also, proceed to ***** at the carrier to push the update quicker

Do you have accounts set up? Like email contacts, Facebook Contacts and Twitter contacts that could be the reason they are showing multiple times.

I guess I will wait for 10.1 since it is only a few days/weeks away... I am just wondering if it's just going to be false hope. I was hoping that the restarts would have been fixed with the first update, but they were too busy claiming there was no issue rather than fixing it. Hoping for the best, fingers crossed!

Nah tried everything , here's my thread... I've had no help other then doing some really tricky backend stuff. I've tried contactX, wiping, linking, manually deleting,unsyncing everything.. they always return when I restart my phone.

They latest updates do resolve the rebooting issues. I updated to the official TMO Z10STL100-3/10.1.0.2025 and the reboots have stopped completely. Only reboots I experience now are the ones I perform myself.....normally battery swaps
