    Just a tidbit of help for people who find the empty wallpaper screen annoying, in 10.3.1.....

    Go to "settings", "display ", then look where it says "show wallpaper when all apps are closed " and put this slider to the off position...

    Swipe up to close everything. Your Z10 will now show the apps right away, for the home screen, as it did in 10.2.1.....

    yes. we have been using 10.3.1 for months now. We figured that out. lol
    thanks tho in case someone hasn't figured it out.
