Hi guys I am using my organization email e.g [email protected] and my quota on server is 40 mb so we normally use MS Outlook 2014 an office app to download emails on laptop. I configured this email on my BlackBerry Z10 And receive emails but once I open the outlook app all emails leave my mobile and are downloaded to my laptop.

I have also linked my organization email to outlook.com email but is there any way I can have a copy of my that email on my mobile or I can access it offline as the area where I reside have edge only with the slowest speed.

Is there anyway if I can keep a copy of Atleast can access my emails offline?

    Thanks everyone

I'd be interested to know if there is any solution to this also.

There is a setting in outlook client that leaves a copy of email on the server side for a set period before deleting. Depending on your version of outlook, as I recall it is a check box in the advanced options of the account settings.
