    Yes, it's a known issue, unfortunately Blackberry doesn't seem to have addressed the problem yet. The latest Z10 devices from AT&T have the same bug.

    Yes, I'm having the same problem with my work email account. I've done a security wipe and re installed, still does not work. Also after the wiped
    Add to Home Screen does not work now.

    See the links in the post above yours. Wiping the device isn't going to help.

    Several AT&T users have reported that this issue has been resolved with the latest OS update.

    I would recommend to those of you who are on AT&T to try the update, it may resolve this issue for you. Those of you not using AT&T should get a similiar OS update soon.

    Also, always a good idea to do a backup before any OS update. The Blackberry Link utility is specifically designed for this.
