    My ISP had an email hiccup earlier. POP mailboxes as well as webmail logins were resulting in rejected passwords.

    My Z10 gave me alerts for each account letting me know that login information was needed. Email service has since been restored, but the Z10 is still prompting me to enter passwords for all of my accounts.

    Why would the Zed forget the passwords?

    ...restart the device, and then see if it is still asking. Maybe the 'connection' needs to be refreshed. Restarting the device in essence does this.
