I have 2 emails that is [email protected] and linked it with my outlook.com account. On my outlook.com account I receive emails and can send them using [email protected] as well.

My question are:

1. How can I keep up my call contacts backup on outlook.com and then get them when I am in need
2. I configured [email protected] on my z10 and on laptop using Microsoft Office 2010. When I open MS Outlook all email leave my mobile and downloads to laptop. So if I wanted to keep data and access them later anywhere online or offline what should I do? Should I configure outlook.com on my z10 or [email protected] is fine.
3. If I am replying from mobile can I see those replied on my accounts using mobile or laptop.
