    Hi All

    It has been one week and still without network connection on EE. I'm 2 months into my 24 month contract and I am fuming. I've been on the phone to EE everyday since saturday and the issue is still with their tech guys. Is anyone else experiencing this issue and if so what do you suggest I do .

    Surely I must be able to claim compensation for a weeks non line rental etc

    I have that exact same problem now, they've sent me a new sim and it still says the exact same thing. Did you get any joy?

    Phone EE, they have to provision your sim.

    Make sure they have you on a blackberry plan. I'm with EE and changed my tariff from 1gb to 3gb. On the day the plan changed I lost all connection and when I called they elevated the query to level 2 tech ,who never called me back when they said they would, so I called customer services again and when they checked my plan they realised it wasn't set up correctly for BlackBerry. I changed from Orange to EE in February and have had nothing but trouble since. They even charged me twice for my monthly plan but couldn't explain why, that took 4 calls to get a refund. EE need to show us blackberry users some love.

    I think you should get tough with them why should you suffer due to someone's error take fone back and go to another carrier bugger them

    Just an update, 3 weeks without data and coming up to 2 more weeks without any connection at all, still no further forward with EE, however they've refunded line rental incurred so far.

    I transferred from T-Mobile UK to EE a few weeks.

    Had to text a code from old phone (from old T-Mobile sim) then switch that off and switch on my q10 with EE sim in.

    Worked fine, with no downtime whatsoever.

    I switched from Orange to EE, had no issues, after a month I lost data connection, 3 weeks later "sim unprovisioned " they sent a new sim and arranged a sim swap. I'm still sitting unprovisioned

    Yup been through everything, they even walked me through the engineering screen, faults at their end.

    I joined this forum just to comment here. This problem started on my q10 2 days ago. Has anyone had their problems resolved. I use this for business so im gonna kick up a real stinker with this one.
