    Has anyone replaced the z10 Earpiece and what is all involved?

    It's pretty easy. You need to remove all the screws in the back, pry up the cover, unclip ribbons and lift up motherboard and you should see the earpiece.

    If you look at the picture, the motherboard prices on the pins, so no soldering needed.

    You may need a little double-sided sticky tape if the glue is weak, but I normally don't have to.
