Hey guys quick question,

I just got my Z10 straight from BB a couple of days ago and for the life of me I cannot plug in the earphones, they do not plug in all the way and I cannot get it, i've applied a pretty good size of pressure but nothing, has this happened to anyone else?

Ps I have tried the newest BB earbuds, the one's Kevin loved, as well as the cheaper ones that came with the Z10

Ya, you kinda have to push it in real hard until it *pops*. There's a seal of some sort in there.

Gotta agree with Bla1ze here. I was having the exact same problem and I had someone simply tell me "keep twisting it while pushing down a bit more firmly until it clicks in". Suffice to say I thought it would just break my earphone jack, but it actually worked! Hope you can get it to work too.

Mine too new. You must push in really hard to plug in the headset. As hard as you can.
