    I'm having trouble downloading file attachments from emails. The download indicator goes to about 99% but the pictures and bitmap files never download or open. How do I fix this?

    Thanks. Yes, I got it working again after about 10 battery pulls and a couple of restarts. Tmobile BlackBerry support recommended that I reinstall 10.1 but I didn't want to try that. It's working great now.
